Who this is for

This portal is an internal tool for employees of VaporFi Columbus. It is not open to the public, and every account is created by the business.

What we collect

Employee account details (name, email, store and role) and the work records employees enter, such as cash logs, sample logs, expense receipts and submitted content.

How Google data is used

The portal connects to the business's own Google Drive account to store files employees upload, such as receipts and photos. It uses that access only to store and retrieve the files the portal manages. It does not read personal Google data from any employee's account, and Google data is never used for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell or share data with anyone outside VaporFi Columbus, except the service providers that run the portal (hosting, database and file storage).

Keeping and deleting data

Records are kept as long as the business needs them for operations and record-keeping. To ask about or remove your data, contact the address below.
